Habe etwas bestellt

Habe etwas bestellt, damit ich kostenlose Lieferung bekomme habe ich nochwas mitbestellt. Eine Lieferung der insgesamt 3 Pakete kam, eine hängt im Verteilerzentrum da die Hausnummer fehlt, wird aber nicht gemeldet. Das wichtigste Teil wurde lt. Mail versendet, aber lt. Kundenzone auf der Homepage doch nicht und keiner geht bei meinen Rückfragen darauf ein. Also das Teil, dass ich eigentlich bestellen wollte, kam einfach nicht. Bin sehr unzufrieden, aber der Kundenservice hat sich darum gekümmert und es ist angekommen.

Ein sehr einfacher Bestellvorgang

Ein sehr einfacher Bestellvorgang. Es wurden, wie gewünscht, beide Artikel gemeinsam geliefert und so die Versandkosten gespart. Dennoch erfolgte die Lieferung sehr rasch, schneller als angekündigt.
