Placed an order on 2nd of February and as of today, March 11th, no sign of my order! £21.22 isn’t a huge amount of money but would feed my dogs for a week or too. Don’t trust this company!

Big Scam or what???
I ordered eye cream on Jan 5/24. It was coming in 2 parcels. I thought these parcels were coming from the UK. No they were shipped from China. When they finally reached Richmond BC Canada they were returned to sender. I have contacted them numerous times. They informed me I would have to pay a shipping fee to get them resent. I asked if they could guarantee my parcels would be delivered by paying this fee. No answer to that as yet.
They have told me my parcels are now lost. They still want a shipping fee to resend.
Wow more money, no guarantees and on exchange rates from the US.
Getting either a refund or the eye cream would require me to do a retraction, but I have a feeling that won’t be necessary.

After several emails and refusals I contacted my credit card company for help with this transaction. Within 20 minutes I had a new email informing me of my refund. I received it today.

Not received my eye cream ordered on 13th January 2024

The "Excellent Wood Box Set" with paints that I ordered came without a wood box! And their
efforts, through Shiyel, to make it right, are laughable! Took more than 2 weeks to arrive as well. Look elsewhere for your items.

I ordered an oil painting set from this company. They had detailed pictures of a wooden box set with oils and art supplies.
I received a bag with cheap broken pieces in it, no box and no oil paint!!, there was a small set of cheap acrylic paint.
I paid over $58 for the supplies I didn’t receive. Customer service was very unresponsive. You’re speaking with a robot and they keep saying we will contact you in 24 hours. They offered four dollars compensation! And then five dollars compensation! They are still advertising the set on their websites, they should not be allowed to continue their business with these business practices.

Well I placed an order on December 4th and never received a tracking number or anything about my order except that they took the money with no problem but never heard or received anything about it

Ordered via Facebook November 9, 2023. It is now December 15 and I have had zero contact from the company and received zero merchandise. l've been scammed. Shame on me. Never again.

Product is not as shown. Much poorer quality. Tried to return it and received 4 emails of excuses. They will not take it back. No way to contact them by phone. Beware before you buy!! I should have read the reviews!!

I have cancelled my order 6 minutes after ordering but they ignored it. I have sent the order unopened right back to them. I contacted the costumer service which insisted that my cancellation was too late and that they never received the returned order. They still want 75.98 USD from me. That's rediculous and smells like scam.

This is the name of the company that appeared on my credit card statement when I ordered from a website called Facilitya. I googled the name of the website and came up with good reviews, so I gave them a shot. I purchased a 48 piece stacking tower game from for $30.70 USD according to my receipt. They charged my credit card $36.14. I did receive my product, but I received the 16 piece set instead of the 48 piece set that I ordered. I have been e-mailing with them for a week and they refuse to fix their mistake or refund my order. They offered me $3USD as compensation and then increased it to $5USD. The difference in price between the game they sent me and the one I paid for is $10USD, which does not include the overcharge to my credit card.

Horrendous quality. Please don’t waste your money. They offered me 4 dollars refund having paid the equivalent of 98dollars. The quality is dreadful and the jumpers in bought are tiny. This company is a complete scam

Dreadful customer service and company. Ordered a jumper , never arrived . They said it has been delivered, but not . Will jot refund my money . Avoid

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Firstly ordered jumpers seen in Facebook, one size fits all - what a joke, you must be small to fit in those. Other thing, the quality - does not look like on advert and is very poor. I paid over £60 for nothing. Trying to arrange return and get my money back - seems impossible and the system they use, what a joke…..I have sent required pictures of a QR codes, to be able to get return address and what I got as reply? “ Thanks for your great support and the pictures.

Stay away from this online company. The items they send are fake bad quality Chinese copies. They will not refund you. Customer service is awful.

I ordered an asymmetric jumper from an advert seen on FB; very similar to all of the asymmetric jumpers all over the internet currently. Ordered in September. Spent most of October thinking that I had been totally scammed as nothing was arriving. Almost impossible to deal with Customer Services. Just arrived today (took 6 weeks to arrive) BUT Quality of jumper is terrible and nothing like the photos seen on FB. Terrible Chinese copy. Awful experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

After two months waiting for my order, what I received it is not what is was advertised on their website plus the charged me again to bring the parcel to my house when I paid already delivery charges on the web
AVOID, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER…
Lesson learned…

I wish I have seen this reviews before! they were advertising on FB and looks ok, I approved my purchase of £25 and they charged £30.55, so why? I have the invoice for £25! total SCAM!!!! SCAM!!! avoid them!!!!!!!

I ordered a game -tetra balance blocks thing - which was advertised on Facebook (not marketplace) with a video of happy adults playing the game.
I sent off for it but realised they had taken over £20 from me instead of the advertised £17. I was annoyed and immediately cancelled the order and was told I would get a refund and then told the parcel was on its way.
Neither of these things happened.
I have tried contacting them about this but am getting nowhere.
It must be a scam company and I am only glad I didn’t lose more money.
Not easy to report on Facebook either.
Don’t buy from them.

What a joke of a company. Beware they advertise on instagram. They are dishonest liars. The quality doesn’t match images. They don’t send the quantity of items you pay for then repetitively say they have checked and they are right and you are wrong. They are dishonest scammers. Don’t buy from them under any circumstances. I believe instagram has a lot to answer for letting them advertise on their platform! I will add this review to every site I can.

Ordered a Water Resistant Hooded Windbreaker that was advertised on Facebook. To be honest, it looked like it was coming from Nordstrom or something (sorry...don't remember it exactly). Took absolutely forever to arrive and when it did, the quality was awful. I have emailed the company trying to return it and the replies I continue to get are robot-generated and are absolutely no help. I have given up especially after reading other reviews. This company is a SCAM.
