No stars if I had the choice. DO NOT purchase from this company!!!

I placed an order with this company for a (s) white , wrinkle-resistant, breathable 2 piece outfit ideal for airport travel.

1. It took months and months to arrive
2. It was definitely NOT the same quality as advertised.

The small was too big.. my mistake, I thought, so I re-ordered an x-s in what was advertised as olive green.
Again, it took months and months to arrive
It was not the quality or colour that was advertised, but acceptable for walking the dog.. and in fairness, it fit.

Foolishly, I decided to order a third set, going back to white and in X-s as now I knew what size to expect… or so I thought!!!!

After months and months, it eventually arrived… but was a bigger size than both the X-s and bigger than the first S that was already too large.
I contacted them , sending a photo of the very large set ( marked XS), against my previous orders. I also sent a copy of their advertisement, full refund available

They offered me $2 in compensation… I refused.. they offered me $4, I refused …they offered me $6, then $8 then $10, then $12 and now we are stalled at $13.. they refused the full refund!

I think it was$37 an outfit!

I placed an order in early June,but still do not have the order. They provided tracking though there's been no update on over a month. I've emailed them , but they keep telling me to wait and be patient. I've asked for a refund, but they won't do that and keep repeating the same thing each time-- we're so sorry, etc etc. Total scam.

I placed an order on November 28, 2024. I still don’t have the items as of April 15, 2025. Customer support tells me it is still in transit but tracking placed it in Canada within weeks of purchase and zero updates after that. It does not take 4 months to get from Alberta to Ontario. Rip off.
