I asked Denis and his team to come in last minute to perform hundreds of tasks related to NSPRE deficiencies. I didn't have to explain what needed to be done in detail, Denis knew how to best address the deficiencies, which ultimately translates to a healthier overall property. I would hire Denis and his team for any of my properties in the future.

NSPIRE REAC INSPECTION…
We recently had an NSPIRE Inspection and scored "91"
This property is 51 years old consist of 454 units three towers. With the help of Continental Housing's expertise/knowledge on what NSPIRE Inspections look for, not to mention their assistance in preparing the property we were able to score so high. We are greatful to them! We look forward to working with Continental Housing for all future inspections!
