Continental Credit Reviews 

the pattern of reviews here is VERY ODD!!!
so why are most of the reviews very short, and dont mention anything about what the company did for anyone?

Any why are most all of the reviews writrten by people who are unable to communicate intelligently in the english language with words?!??

I was given a link to this compnaies website, and its very fishy...so I came here so see what was going on, and quite clearly this compnay is loaded up with fake reviews from humans who are unable to use the english language properly. not credible! and I bet the reviews are solicited and the reviewers are given a monetary incentive for their reviews. too bad we cannot trust trust pilot.

Credit services provided were fine. The only way to term Continental Credit services in the agreement that I signed was by US Mail which by itself is suspicious in this day and age. Continental Credit agrees that they received by written cancelation in January of 2023 but claims that during one of the calls they initiated to save the account I agreed to extend. Although they say the call was recorded they won't give it to me unless we go to Arbitration.

Continental Credit is a Colorado based company. Not the same as "CONTINENTAL CREDIT CONTROL" based in California.

Continental Credit is bad I've been paying ~$90 each month since Sept 2022 they promise to erase my debts. Today Jul 05 2023 is the fourth time I've tried to cancel their service. They have done nothing to fix my account.

In fact I was paying another service ½ as much, which was doing a great job accepting my payments to pay off two negative debts. Continental Credit told me that the other service is making my credit worse. Continental told me to cancel the other company and soon my debts will be erased with Continental Credit's services. That was back in Feburary and still nothing has changed.

Transunion, Experian and Equifax have sent letters to me regarding a third party claiming to have permission to work on my credit reports, but that the third party is doing suspicious illegal stuff with my accounts.

I'm not going to listen to Continental's lies anymore. They insist on talking to me on the phone, which is how they manipulate me to continue paying them.

The website portal doesn't show anything of importance nor do they have a cancellation section. On the telephone is the only method they use in order to keep saying they have been doing great progress with my debts, but they never show any proof and it doesn't reflect on my credit reports.

To make them stop taking my money I had to cancel my bank account and open a new one. I clearly feel this company is another scam and should be investigated and they should refund every single penny that I've paid them.

THE FBI AND BBB SHOULD INVESTIGATE CONTINENTAL CREDIT AND SHUT THEM DOWN. I've recently seen 100's of complaints online about this business that is SCAMMING AMERICANS OUT OF THEIR MONEY.

This is my first time using a company like this. I can say that every one that has been working on my case is and has been very helpful not to mention very personal. I do like that they have a number that you can call and actually speak with someone and it's not an answering service that takes you round and round before you get to actually speak with a person.
Yes I would recommend continental credit to anyone in need of there services.
