Their live chat is pretty much 24/7 (Not quite but I think it's 7am-1am Mon-Fri) and they are always available if you have any issues and will organise a Zoom call when needed. Jas is awesome and I can't recommend them enough!
Hands-down the best scheduler available
I've been using ContentCal for around 18 months now for both my own content and that of my clients. As a Social Media Manager, it's invaluable to have one place where everything lives. The interface is super user-friendly and the fact clients can also have a login means there's no back and forth trying to get content signed off. I rarely have issues but when I do the team could not be more helpful and always get problems resolved as soon as they can, even jumping on a call if necessary to do so. I've tried a number of other content schedulers and this is by far the best. If you're managing social media manager, whether for yourself or clients, this is hands-down the best scheduler out there.

The various plans they offer help small business through to large corporates. They are always looking to improve the system and reach out to their clients for feedback.
30 day cancellation notice?
30 day cancellation notice?? What a silly idea. You're providing an online service, we're not married.
BEWARE
BEWARE - Cancellation is impossible and they try and charge you for an extra 12 month subscription.
I stopped using the platform when Facebook offered a more seamless option to post to both Instagram and Facebook with scheduled posts.
When i stopped using contentcal, i had a month or two left on my plan, i assumed it would just lapse and i would no longer be allowed access (there was no direct debit payment set up) several months later i get an invoice from their sales team saying i owe £150 for my next 12 month subscription.
I told them i am no longer using the platform and didn't wish to continue, however to cancel the subscription you have to pay for the invoice and then they will cancel it. They are still trying to get money out of me, and for some reason i still have full access to the account?!
In the past i would have said this was an OK platform for making life easy to compile social media posts. But the price and customer care is not worth it.
Great product with even better support. Don't think about it - just go for it!
We started using Contentcal in January this year and like the combination for simplicity of use and powerful features.
Since then GoogleMyBusiness and LinkedIn have been added to the platform - it's not unusual to get little functionality updates every 3 weeks or so.
Contentcal also integrates with Zapier - which makes it a powerhouse! We're adding feeds from other platforms into Zapier, and also using Zapier to extract data from ContentCal and post to our blog sites - great for SEO.
If you have any questions, the live chat is almost instant technical support. Recently we had, we thought, and issue which support couldn't resolve, so the lead developer offered a screenshare session to look at our set-up. Turned out to be a Zapier issue, not a ContentCal issue. However, Andy took time to have a look at our set-up and make some suggestions to improve our productivity.
Very impressed with everything so far, and can't wait to see what new developments are round the corner.

ContentCal and their team are constantly improving the service provided. I have used them for nearly 2 years and am amazed at how the fantastic customer service hasn't dropped during their time of growth.
The service itself is great value, helping me reduce time taken on social media scheduling, interaction and content creation.

Nice software, lots of great features. Although the app doesn't allow for scheduling to Instagram directly, it can be done via integration with Zapier and Buffer. During my free trial, there were issues with getting this to work and a few hiccups along the way, but Andy stepped in and saved they day by getting it sorted and even extended the free trial so that we were able to properly assess the tool.

I love ContentCal. From all of the schedulers I have used, it is the easiest to use and I love the way you can work collaboratively with your teams. The customer service is excellent as it's a small team so someone always gets back you which is great when you're a freelancer.
User friendly, great design, great value
ContentCal has been a huge help in my content scheduling and social media work. It has a beautiful layout and is very user-friendly. I can quickly see what content is working and what not in analytics, and see where the gaps are in content for the month. Plus, I love that the company keeps adding new features every month based on user feedback. They really listen and want to make this the best social media platform around. I've used many other scheduling platforms like Coschedule, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and this is definitely great value for the price. Can't wait to see what they do.

This is a great addition to my social media toolkit. I have recently started using Content Cal to plan and schedule social media content for 2 clients. What I love about it is the simplicity of it. It is so easy to use. I love the way the calendar looks, it is easy to scan and see what is approved and scheduled and what needs approval. I have been recommending it to a lot of clients since I started to use it. I cannot wait for the Chrome extension.
