I ordered a 40 Cell Shallow & Deep Dib Popper and a 40L Long-Life Propagation Tray from Amazon. Unfortunately, whilst the ContainerWise tray was perfect, the popper received was a Charles Dowding one that didn't fit the tray. I phoned ContainerWise, explained my mistake and Chris, who took the call, instantly asked me to return the item and he would replace it. The item was sent back and the proper popper was received within 2 days with ContainerWise paying the postage. The products are excellent and the customer service superb. They will now be my number one source for all my trays and associated seed growing products. Highly recommended.

My second purchase from Containerwise. Absolutely brilliant plug and deep root containers for raising healthy seedlings. They will last a gardening lifetime, so no more flimsy plastic cell trays splitting and ending up in landfill every season. I find the cheap cells don't release the plug easily - you have to gouge it out whilst flexing the cell, this usually damages the cell AND the precious roots - such a waste after all your effort. Simply rinse and store at the end of the season and you're ready to go next year. Can't praise highly enough, they give my seeds the start they deserve!

I've previously bought from this company before and needed a few more items. Once again the service all round was excellent. Easy to use website, the products themselves are of excellent quality. Well made, sturdy and will last for ages. Yes, they are not the cheapest products but will give years of great service. Delivery quicker than expected too

The products are exceptional, very strong, long lasting and there is no competition when it comes to quality. The price is higher than I'd normally pay but they do last so even though it's hard to justify the cost I do still buy from them. I'm trying to swap all my trays to containerwise trays as money allows. Delivery is usually relatively quick (dispatch after a day or two using Royal Mail 48).

I did email customer support a few times with an issue and never got a response so I knocked one star off for that.

Overall I'd recommend simply for the incredible quality of the products.

Brilliant seed trays. I have been using them for about 3 years in my garden and add a few to my stock each year. They are in just as good condition after 3 years of use as when I bought them and are confident that they will go on for many more years. Would highly recommend.

I’ve placed a couple of orders with this company now and the trays are of excellent quality. They are sturdy and certainly look like they will last many years as opposed to the cheap flimsy ones, so worth the extra money. Equally important is that they are shipped in eco friendly compostable packaging as well.
In addition the customer support is fast, friendly and efficient and quickly helped me resolve an issue with an order.

These trays are an outstanding replacement for the flimsy plastic ones we've all used before. I’m now heading into my second full season with them, and they’ve shown zero signs of UV degradation—even after enduring the UK's unpredictable weather (hot, cold, and freezing). They've been left outside and stored in a Keter outdoor shed, and they still look as good as new.

When I first received them last year, the premium quality was obvious straight out of the box. The packaging was excellent, and the trays felt solid and well-made. Honestly, I didn’t even hesitate about the price after using them—I immediately got rid of my old seed trays and ended up buying more.

Key Benefits:
Lightweight Yet Durable: Even when fully loaded with soil, they’re only slightly heavier (maybe 10%) than when empty. You can move them easily with one or two hands, and there’s no bending or deflection.

Watering Made Easy: With a good soil mix, the cells hold their shape perfectly. Bottom watering is simple, and the large drainage holes make it easy to pop seedlings out with your thumb or finger.

Low Maintenance: They wash up effortlessly and retain their original black color after repeated use.
Space-Saving: The standard containers (15L, 28L, 40L, 77L) stack well, though there’s a slight 2cm gap between trays. However, the CD and Huw range stacks flush, which is great for saving space.

Suggestions for Improvement:
Add more photos showing the trays in stacked positions.
Offer a different color option, like green, May be expensive to produce

Final Thoughts:
I’m not paid or affiliated with the brand—just genuinely impressed with the product. These trays are durable, practical, and well worth the price. If you’re serious about gardening, this is a purchase you won’t regret.
