I ordered a Steel Piping Gear Rack from Contact Left, after having my eye on it for nearly a year since moving to a new house and picking out the exact spot I wanted it to go. I picked faster delivery (which was less than £2 more than standard, pretty decent for a heavy item) and it arrived two days after ordering. It's very robust, and easy to assemble as it just needed screwing together and there is an image on the website - however I was impressed that they had printed out the product page with the image as reference, and also labelled the pieces on the picture to make it obvious.

I had to use a bit of Loctite to make sure the threads were tight at the correct angle to keep it perpendicular to the wall but that was easy enough, and now that it's up it looks fantastic with my dummy MICH helmet and SADF P83 webbing hanging on it.

Dimensions for those interested: 45cm W x 33cm H x 23.5cm D approximately. It's far enough out from the wall when mounted to comfortably sit a helmet on the vertical element and still have a few centimetres between the back of the helmet and the wall.

It's reasonably heavy, so make sure you attach it to something sturdy so that the leverage of its own weight plus whatever you hang on it won't tear it out of the wall. I used pretty long screws and as the mount has four holes they seem to be a sufficient anchor and it feels sturdy now it's up. I'd definitely order from Contact Left again, great service and fast shipping.

Did a trade order for us and through no fault on their own our parcel was stolen, due to the courier leaving it in open area access but this was down to courier negligence and should have no bearing on the supplier, the dispatch etc was prompt and their was photo evidence of the delivery

Bought 3 Cobra buckles advertised as 'Dredd 3D buckles from the movie'. Unfortunately, the photo in their sale page only shows the front, not the screen-seen back. When they arrived, they are, in fact, not at all a screen-match for the ones used in Dredd. Cannot use these, as they are not accurate. Wish I could include a photo here.
(I have added 2 stars, As I have been refunded with a return label included, and contacted by the company to complete a full refund. Excellent customer service.)

Fantastic product knowledge, really friendly and great advice for what was a very small sale. Shows they have a really good customer services ethic which is harder to find more and more these days. Looking at the stock they have loads of quality products for everyone, even the most hardened zombie apocalypse enthusiasts. Delivery was super quick from order. Would use again without hesitation.

Purchased 12 Metres 25mm / 1" Double Sided Official MTP V-Twill Herringbone Webbing on the understanding it would come in one length as that is what it states.
The webbing arrived and on opening the package I could clearly see RED tape holding it together, there is a break in the length at 3.4 metres and it has been joined using bright red tape,
Sent an email with pictures of the product and after having a conversation with Dave he agreed to refund me in full ( Which He did ) and send another 12 meters out FOA ( Which they only had 9 meters so sent that )I am happy with the outcome and have continued to shop here and will do in the future.
The webbing is excellent quality exact same as you would find on issued kit, postage is reasonably quick considering the charge is low.

Received my order promptly however one item is incorrect. Messaged them via email to resolve and hoping they do so promptly as needed this item this week and its the wrong size!

Delivery of item was delayed due to Covid. Messaged Contact Left and they sent out another with next day delivery. Super friendly, super helpful, great company.

Excellent Service and speedy delivery. I bought an MWC watch and it was delivered next day. Having used MWC for years the watch was a known quantity but they were out of the model I wanted on the factory site but Contact Left had it so I bought from them. I have noted the firm for future items such as clothing.

Absolutely amazing shop so we'll equipped staff so helpful and knowledgeable they are so happy to help I've used contact left which local to me for things for camping for my children the dog and equestrian can't recommend them enough keep up the good work guys you've got it right

I purchased a sticker from "Contact Left" via their eBay shop. Sticker arrived but was not cut square. However, I needed it for a show next day so I had to use it rather than return it. I left fair but neutral feedback as a result. I was contacted by seller a week or so afterwards requesting me to revise the feedback in return for a full refund. Naively, I did so as I thought "that's reasonable" given I hadn't returned the sticker. Now over a month later and no refund and seller has another undeserved positive review to their credit. I suspect this is a well used ploy. Will never deal with again.
UPDATE: 10 mins after this review I got eBay credit. Glad to see you take reviews seriously. However, to your reply of my review: My review is of your BUSINESS regardless of whether you are trading through eBay or your own website - these are just portals to your business. I checked eBay and the business names and addresses match those listed for contactleft.co.uk. Suggest you take this up with eBay if someone is misrepresenting you. And BTW, I shouldn't need to chase for a credit already promised.

Fantastic shop with loads in it, super quick delivery of items. Great help on the phone and got some really good advice on sleeping bags and rucksacks.

Placed two orders via there own platform and ebay. Both arrived quickly and on time. The contact was minimal with CL. Everything was well pack and all in good order. Would use again with no issues.
