What a result

What a result, Roy and Ron were very helpful in my pension claim, nothing seemed to much trouble even if at times i felt i had been a little stupid trusting the pension advisor but never the less took it to the ombudsman and result in excess of £70k back to me... RESULT, THANKS GUYS a brilliant service...

FAVC Compensation Claim

FAVC Compensation Claim - Successful.

Ron and Roy from Consumer Savings Network contacted me and throughout the process were very clear in the information they provided, thoroughly professional and always very well informed.

The process was entirely transparent, clearly explaining the information I had to provide and was supportive throughout; including a patient and much appreciated approach when I took time getting back to them on a couple of occasions. when a response had been requested.

The five stars I’ve given in relation to the service revised and the customer experience I received is very well deserved.

The excellent service i received was…exceptional

The excellent service i received was far better than the 5 star experience i could mark, a special mention must go to Ron Amoore whose detailed information and follow up phone calls gave me all the satisfaction i needed that i was in safe hands, first class service from a first class company, Consumer Savings Network gets a 10 - 10 from me and i would gladly advise anyone to use this company, from a fully satisfied customer Mrs H Clark

Consumers Savings Network should be everyone’s first choice

My husband & I took out an investment 15 years ago, but the advise we were given was wrong. We just put it down to a lesson in life, not to be repeated. I am administrator and tried to recoup some of our losses unsuccessfully. When looking through the web, I came across Consumer Network and gave them a ring. I told Ron that I wasn’t hopeful of getting any reimbursement, but he said he would try.
How delighted were we to receive almost £30,000. Ron even got the financial ombudsman involved.
To say we are delighted with the work and the persistence of Ron Amoore is an understatement.
I would, without hesitation recommend that anyone, who has suffered a loss through bad advise, no matter how long ago, contact this company for their help, you have nothing to lose, but a heck of a lot to gain.
Thanks once again Ron.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

I used this company to search for any mis-sold PPIs I may have had in the past and been unaware of. They found 3 that I honestly didn't know a thing about resulting in 3 different policies, all from well known banks. I got a nice little payout which has been put to very good use😁. They kept me updated throughout and one lady, Monika, was particularly helpful. I would highly commend this company on the basis of the 1st Class Customer Experience I received. Thank you CSS🏆
