We had a repair made to our garbage…

We had a repair made to our garbage disposal in the kitchen sink, the technician came out to look at the problem and was able to resolve the issue on the same day . We appreciate CHW and the service we received.

My experience has been first rate. I have been dealt with by a fine group of outstanding people who treated me with respect and patience.Everything was clearly explained in a way that was easily understandable.

Don't Use Anthem Tax Service

My husband, who is 76 years old, contacted this company for relief on an old tax obligation. David Cruz, a slick salesman, made promises to my husband that he either knew or should have known Anthem could not keep, which we found out when we negotiated our own installment agreement with the IRS. We were in contact with Nadia Abou, Director of Quality Assurance, (what a laugh), Deyvi Vargas, a Case Manager, (another big laugh) and Andrew Mendez, who I think is a Negotiator, (the final big laugh). After promises of tax relief they only offered to enter us into an installment agreement for an amount we could not afford with a start date we couldn't meet. Once a contract is signed it is impossible to get in touch with anyone other than the company receptionist. My husband told them he didn't want their services anymore and they went ahead without notifying us to enter into the agreement with the IRS that we told them we couldn't afford. We had to spend days contacting the IRS to vacate this agreement and negotiate a new agreement we could work with. These are very smooth operators that are good at selling their worthless service to unsuspecting people in need of real help. Don't believe them and, whatever you do, DO NOT SIGN a contract with them. They have no shame and will may you pay them for NOTHING!!!

I have just purchased a home warranty…

I have just purchased a home warranty with Choice. I have not had to make a claim yet so I cannot give a review on service. But, I can give a review on client representative with whom I purchase this warranty. I was pleased with her knowledge and with her professionalism. She listened to my questions and was able to answer all of the questions I asked. The price was fair and the coverage seems very adequate.

MOTION IS A NON TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY I HAVE A PAID POLICY HAVE AN OPEN CLAIM NON AT FAULT AND THEY ARE REFUSING TO PAY OFF MY TOTALLED VEHICLE. WAS PROMISED VEHICLE WAS NOT ONLY COVERED BUT WAS GOING TO TOTAL LOSS FOR PAY OUT THEN THEY REBUKED THAT PROMISS TO PAY BIG HASSLE DONT USE THEM IF YOU CAN CHEAPER PRICE IS NOT WORTH BEING SCREWED WHN YOU NEED THEM MOST.

STORAGE SENSE OF BOWLING GREEN

STORAGE SENSE OF BOWLING GREEN, KENTUCKY IS A CON!! On September 21, 2021, I paid 450.00 towards my account, but my monies was not applied correctly according to the receipt I was given by the clerk. I immediately asked the clerk to correct it, but she refused to do so. Instead, The STORAGE SENSE CLERK demanded that I leave the business. I refused to leave until it was corrected or until she returned my money. The STORAGE SENSE CLERK then called the Bowling Green City Police on me via 911. I waited outside the business for them to arrive. When a Policewoman arrived, I immediately showed her the receipt the STORAGE SENSE CLERK had given me and explained to her the situation. The Policewoman IMMEDIATELY determined that I was right. As I continued to wait outside the business, The Policewoman went inside it. After almost 15 minutes inside, The Policewoman came out of the business. She told me that the STORAGE SENSE CLERK had "finally" corrected her mistake, but that the STORAGE SENSE CLERK had banned me from the property. I got no apology!! I WAS BANNED!! Also, STORAGE SENSE IS A COMPLETE CON!! They brought out the business from the previous owners, LOST RIVER STORAGE, just a few months ago. LOST RIVER STORAGE cared about its customers, treated us with respect,and NEVER charged OUTRAGEOUS fees, but STORAGE SENSE does. STORAGE SENSE should be held accountable for their unfair business practices. As a former Law Enforcement Officer for almost 8 years, I have NEVER be treated so unfair. Also, As an African American, I have NEVER been treated so unfairly. I definitely feel like I was discriminated against because of my race. Something so simple, They MALICIOUSLY AND BLATANTLY made complex!!

Jasmine Casita Issues

We rented Jasmine Casita, Cottages on the Key, for the entire month of August 2021. From the day we arrived there has been numerous issues; TV and microwave, feces on shower curtain, dirty/filthy floors, dirty air vents, soiled/stained mattress, leaky pipes with mold, overgrown lawn/shrubs, dead snake, and police cruisers in driveway on Sunday morning. This was encountered within the first week.

We requested a full REFUND. We were informed no refund and offered deep cleaning, new linens and shower curtain, new mattress and someone removed the snake.

We will depart August 21st leaving two weeks early. Lawn/shrubs still not trimmed. Requested for CEO to get involved and informed she doesn't address these types of issues. As retired professionals, Judge/Attorney and EVP Telecommunications and Banking we once again requested full REFUND and CEO made aware of these issues.

Leaving with no refund or contact from CEO

How can anyone with any ethics rate this website as valid unless they are fake reviews.

Amazing people

Amazing people, this is my 4th (last)house and I've NEVER seen something of this magnitude, handled so fast, with such amazing ease!I don't think it was a month from sending out that first "show of interest" to being IN my house.. Simply amazing service and great people..Everything was handled thru docusign, which for me, having ptsd, was a huge relief. Highly recommend, 11 on a scale of 1-10, I just can't say enough. Although I clearly just did........

Sign up for the Choice Home warranty…

Sign up for the Choice Home warranty package was quick, easy and expeditious. The Sales Staff was extremely professional and was trained well to justify to their first time customers that they select a more expensive package than what they initially intended to purchase. As a result, I purchased a more expense longer duration package. It will be interesting to see how good the package and services really are once I have to call for repair service.

Move far away from United Van Lines

It's sad to see your shining reviews of services that suck.

It's sad to see this website posting shining reviews of companies, and then read the numerous complaints actual users had of said companies.

You admit these companies pay you...to you are absolutely NOT impartial. Customers sharing their own experiences only make your reviews look like a bunch of lies.

OH! and AGAIN I have to share personally identifying information to even post this review. I have blacklisted this site.
