Misleading product and poor service

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

I ordered a product after seeing an advertisement, but the item I received was significantly different from what was shown on the website. The product's appearance and quality did not match the advertisement.

I exercised my 14-day right of withdrawal and tried to contact the company. The published email addresses on the website were undeliverable. Fortunately, I found another email address included with the package and sent my request there. I am still waiting for a response.

If you plan to order from this website, I recommend taking screenshots of the product page and keeping all receipts and documentation in case you need to request a return or refund.
