Fast service, good communication. Received follow-up call to check delivery was ok. Very pleased.

Excellent service but ... The delivery was better than expected, arrived the next day. I started using the props to find that once the third hole is used, it does not line up with the slot. I will have to enlarge all of the lower holes to get the pin through. Shame, otherwise pleased. P

Excellent service

I odered two props but they phoned me to mention that it would be very costly to deliver the props from Wolverhampton to Devon so would I like them to cancel the oder. I took their advice and cancelled.

Good to come across such honesty and clarity in dealing with suppliers.

Really helpful, kind and friendly staff both on the phone and when I collected the item.
The phone was answered very quickly and precise details given on what I needed and how to order online.
On arrival all the staff were equally as helpful and service was very quick. Before I left the office staff even helped me repair my magnetic dashboard phone holder which had broken en-route. Thank you again.

My order was delivered in under 24hrs. They did misplace one item which was redirected and arrived the next day. Honest mistake. No harm done.

I ordered this piece of equipment which arrived in two days.
The operative on the phone was so helpful.
I am very pleased with my purchase which has helped create a safer environment in my workshop.
Thank you.

Great customer service and speedy delivery.

Driver did not ring prior to delivery, luckily I was on site when he turned up. Other than that service was exactly as expected.

Also super good quality products.

Excellent service and delivery. My first purchase, and will happily use them again.

Needed a no.3 acrow prop to deal with a sagging barn on the farm!
Good website, informative and helpful. Good price although delivery cost was understandably pretty high but cheaper than a new barn!
Very prompt delivery as promised and goods as described. Should do the job.
