I was deep in credit card debt and Consolidated Credit helped me to pay off my balances within a few years. I am now debt free, and my credit scores have improved dramatically.

A true blessing
Many years ago CC helped my husband and I get out from under a heap of credit card debt. My husband had become addicted to online gambling & maxed out every credit card we had before I was even aware it was happening. Creditors were calling night & day. I was completely stressed out & truly panicked. I thought our only option was bankruptcy until I learned about credit counseling. It wasn't easy & it took several years, but we paid off every single penny we owed - all with the help of Consolidated Credit. We came out on the other side with perfect credit ratings and no debt. I was an Accountant & never should've been in that situation, but there I was. We couldn't have done it without Consolidated Credit.

Great Customer Service
I just spoke to a representative this afternoon about an issue regarding a creditor that was being a pain. She was great. Very helpful and completely understood my frustration with that creditor and the difficulty we were having getting this one into the program. Hopefully the 3rd time is the charm as Consolidated has been working hard for me

I'm client 5216186. Year 2024 I noticed my payments were being sent late. I called and asked Consolidated Credit why my credit card payment are late, this never happened before. They told me it's not. OK, fine. But Experian notified me that my credit score went down because two of my credit cards "missing" payment on September 2024 and October 2024. Where did two month of my money went to? You guys were supposed to sent out payments? How are you going to fix my credit? I am never late with Consolidated Credit because my payment is on autopay for the last 3 years? And yes, I called, no one has been answering my calls.

3 is a fair rating. i did not realize that when i signed up with them that although my credit card accounts would be closed, they still show as active on my credit reports. I'm actually paying off my credit lines faster than their measely $15-$39 a month program.
