Harry, Gabe and the team are very responsive to deal with any issues. I have been fortunate to generate a couple listings in the first three months with their program. I’m excited to continue to grow my listing pipeline with them as they focus on getting me more in person appointments. The team has been great to work with. I recommend their services.

I've been working with Consistent Listings for the past 6 months and they've been on top of everything. The leads are genuinely qualified, which makes the whole process so much easier on my end.

Since starting, I've already secured one listing that's now live, have another listing coming in within the next week, and I've been on 6 in-person appointments all high quality. That kind of consistent, real activity is exactly what I was hoping for.

I wanted to come back and leave an updated review because I’m honestly not happy with the experience.

First off, I do like the guys and believe they are genuine. That said, my experience with the system itself was not great. I ended up spending close to $10,000, and while I did receive a high volume of “leads,” the quality just wasn’t there.

Most of the leads were very low intent—people looking for discounted brokers, individuals already listed with other agents, house sitters, or even other agents themselves. It wasn’t the type of pipeline that leads to real, productive business.

We did end up getting one listing out of it, but it turned into a difficult situation, and I really only took it in an effort to try and recoup some of the money spent.

Based on my experience, yes—you will get leads. But they are not high-quality leads, and the ROI is not what you might expect going in.

The team is really great. It’s still early but initial signs are very positive for such a short amount of time. I listened to the recordings of the calls and I don’t think I could have done as well! Met someone for a future (few years) listing and one coming up soon.

Sounds fake but I got my first listing appointment booked 1 day after the youtube ads started. 2 days later I went on the appointment, and signed- crazy! We are going live on the market next week, and I wouldnt have had this listing any other way. That's a signed listing within the first couple of days- I just started! Real appointments with real sellers they do exactly what they say they will do and it’s nice to have their in-house ISA to follow up. The real challenge for any agent will be your ability to stay in contact with the sellers while they prepare to sell, but these guys do their job

I have tried so many marketing attempts that do not work.... and I have no idea why I agree to hire these guys. However it was the best business decision I've made in a long time! I have done YouTube "advertizing" for listings (seller) on my own but they are challenging and much tougher than attracting buyers on YouTube. I was not successful after many months.
