We let our flat out while we went travelling and Conran (especially Debbie Lewis) were great - always responsive and helpful.

Dealt with Lucy Meehan at Conran who was always excellent and easy to deal with. On the whole had a good experience with Conran over my 2 years. Would recommend to anyone!

I've been using Conran to rent out flats for two years now, and the service has always been excellent. I've just been dealing with Debbie Lewis – she's helpful, efficient, friendly, available and gets things done. Reliable and trustworthy.

We had the pleasure to have been looked after by the Conran management team, I am sure if you choose these guys you'll be well looked after they are in my opinion probably the best management team I've dealt with, nothing was a problem and even got 100% of our deposit back so we can highly recommend, shout out to the Lee team, you know who you are. This company over hype themselves. Do they act for the benefit of owners? They sent round a fancy leaflet with a picture of a house in Kemsing Road which they say they have sold asking for others in the street for a named family. They hadn't sold it, the house was "under offer" at that time, after a substantial price reduction and months on the market. And now has a For Sale sign up once again . Are they going to send a correcting notice round?

Conran offers very low quality property management services. They are often unresponsive to emails and calls. They try to hire the cheapest contractors for repairs and don't even follow up on how the job was actually carried out (meaning really low quality work is the norm). Finally when leaving the property, they overcharged every little thing they could possibly nitpick about the property and wanted to take it out of the deposit. Very dishonest service!

Our experience with Conran was very good for the most part. Out of all the local estate agents we had view our flat initially, Conran seemed the most genuine and I felt at ease with them. I was not very impressed with their marketing and descriptions used on Rightmove, but they took on board my feedback and made edits. Our best experience with Conran was after the sale was made and Kellie was looking after us. Kellie helped us through every step of the way, no question was too silly and we felt really supported and cared for as our sale went through. I cannot thank Kellie enough for all her hard work and for her kindness through this very stressful process.

Greenwich lettings department is completely incompetent. Booked in a viewing, had the booking confirmed two days before by email. The viewing was confirmed by phone 4 hours before on the day. While driving to the property unknown to me had an email that it was cancelled due to the tenants not giving access. Was it ever booked ??

We had a lovely experience with Conran - ask for 'Felix'.

My partner and I just bought our first flat in Forest Hill, which Conran represented. Felix was our point of contact and he was fantastic throughout the entire process. We were always kept up to date with any developments from offer through to exchange and completion. When things were stalling, Felix stepped in to move things forward and acted as an extremely helpful go-between for us and the sellers. I'd recommend Conran and Felix to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in the area.

I have already written a review about my experience with Conran but it was taken down as it named names. I feel it is my duty as a member the public to bring to attention the things that agents will do in order to gain busiiness. I rented out 2 houses with Conran for a number of years , I was known to them and I alone owned the property. In July this year an ex of over 8 years went into Conrans and asked a senior member of staff to value my house that I currently live in. He I suspect was given a figure that the Ex wanted and duly emailed him a low valuation of my house which he had never been in. I called the agent who is a notorious figure in this area and asked him why he felt he was able to do this . He replied that he thought that the ex owned half of my property. I know that an agent is supposed to carry out due diligence and the first thing they should do is look at a the title deed to see who owns the property.This agent even though he knew me and my contact details were on file did not bother and just saw the pound signs. I also think he is sexist and wonder if I as a woman just wandered in off the street and asked for a valuation of a property with no proof of ownership how he would respond. What this agent has done is caused a lot of problems and damage to me. When I called the office to confront him about his actions he tried to put the phone down on me. What the public needs to know about agents is they need no qualifications to value property and in my experience will say pretty much anything to gain business. You may think they are regulated and have some sort of redress for problems such as these but think again. The property Ombudsman is inundated with complaints about this racket and will do very little to help you. Conran have been disloyal and acted only in they're interests . I have not received an apology all they have done is taken down my last review which was too specific. There top priority is to protect themselves. Make sure before you embark on buying and selling that you have done your research . I cannot recommend this agent as they have acted in such an appalling way and know they can get away with it. I also note that they are happy for names to appear in good reviews , yet another example of double standards. Estate agents of this caliber are no better than used car dealers so beware.

Conran Estates have always been extremely professional and helpful.
They have managed a property for me for almost 10 years now and I have only ever found them to be completely on top of everything. The staff are all so friendly and responsive. I really cannot recommend them highly enough.
