Conor Campbell Travel 

I really don’t know how Conor Campbell has managed to take money out of PTS Proection Trustee accounts this so called 100% finance safe company is to blame as so is Conor!!!

Mistakes on the system, an apology even, I can handle but when you pay money and are lied to and fobbed off with excuses for weeks when he’s actually scammed and done a runner I have no words for the gut wrenching feeling. Like many others I too cannot get hold of this thief. Airline have flagged the company as a provider after CCT told me tickets would be issued at airport.
Really heartbreaking.
It’s apparently a known scam giving a holding reference taking money then releasing.
Thankfully another travel agent came to the rescue with less than 24hrs. The stress and tears aren’t worth it, book direct.
Still no response from CCT

Takes your money. Purports to have confirmed bookings. Provides you with fictitious confirmations. Turn up at airport for flight to be told no record is held of your ticket. Contact the hotel who also have no record of your booking. Avoid at all costs.

Thief, liar and conman. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

This is not a fake rewiew, the man is an absolute rat, family member paid 6 grand for a holiday, when they arrived at the airport no flights had been booked, and when they rang the hotel the booking had been cancelled. And what's more interesting is this clowns father is superintendent in the police. But he's picked the wrong family to screw over this time because his head is now on the chopping block and we won't stop until his in prison. Let daddy protect him then. Absolute lowlife pond scum

Contacted Conor to see what deal he could give me after missing a free child place with another company. He was a great help and gave us a good deal. However, for our holiday free child places came back out, so messaged him again to find out if we could possibly get it without cancelling and rebooking but were unable to. I decided to cancel and rebook the same holiday all through Conor as we were making a good saving. Our original seats were already booked so messaged Conor to see if when they became available again if he could rebook the original seats we wanted and paid for as the company app wouldn’t let us do this ourselves. That was fine was assured they would be rebooked once the original holiday cancelled down. 3 weeks past and the seats weren’t changed and someone else had already booked them (we were sitting behind other family members on both flights which is why we wanted the specific seats) so we had to pick different ones and family members were able to move they’re own seats to be beside us again. After speaking to Conor on the phone about this because I complained that he was unprofessional as I was messaging him and messages were getting read and ignored for 3/4 days at a time he agreed to refund the price we paid for the seats and a complimentary bottle of champagne for the flight out to which I agreed to and appreciated. Everything was fine, on our departure our flight was delayed for 2 hours and was expecting a bottle of champagne which would of been lovely after the delay, however the staff on board knew nothing about it. I messaged Conor’s account a few days after we landed and someone else replied saying they would speak to Conor about this, again never heard anything back from him, no acknowledgement at all this was July 15th and we are nearing September and still heard nothing. I don’t expect anything or want anything now however, feedback to the company that the communication is terrible, I was constantly messaging him having to ask for things to be sent to me and messages just getting ignored or brushed off as he was too busy with other people doesn’t scream great customer service. I probably won’t book through him again as it doesn’t seem like a company that entertains small family holidays, it seems to be more luxurious couples holidays.

Conor gut us an amazing deal for the World Cup! We were worried about booking elsewhere as there is lots of tickets going about that are fake. Conor got us a great deal. Thanks so much

Recently booked a trip to Dubai with Conor and couldn’t have asked for anything better.

I booked a holiday with Conor to Tenerife for myself and my boyfriend. Conor was amazing and could not have provided a better service. We’ve booked 3 holidays this year with Conor, having just returned from our latest trip to Malta. Conor always goes the extra mile for us, he always arranges fast track security and emails our hotel who arrange a card for us. It’s the little things that we appreciate.

Promised to pay all our expenses for taxis looks as though he’s paid me 50% tried calling for an explanation voice mail obviously think it’s a trip up to his shop to confront him face to face, he’s nothing but a liar

After the statements promising to reimburse the travellers who were left out of pocket he’s not refunded only 50% of the travel costs. Small courts claim incoming for the con man

I was on the flight to Spain and although things were vague and disorganised to say the least and I can understand the complaints re transfers and the costs as we were around 500 euros extra but I think it was a tough job to get everyone there in the timescales.
It was obviously a moving target as everyone from bus companies to taxis to airlines were looking to make as much money as possible from the Rangers and Frankfurt supporters just wanting to see their team play
If it wasn’t for Ross or Connor we wouldn’t have got to sample the atmosphere or the match in the amazing city of Seville
It was far from perfect but at least we got there and back in one piece.
By all means complain but threats and comments about Connor being a Celtic fan are out of order
It’s not his fault he supports the wrong team😃
One thing for sure we will all remember this trip
