Informed me of when they would arrive and also send a video of what to expect, on the actual day I got a phone call to say they were on their way. The surveyor was very polite and friendly and told me what she would be doing and asked if I had any questions.. overall an excellent service.

The surveyor who visited our home today was excellent. He was very polite, friendly, and professional. He made us feel comfortable from the moment he arrived, and it never felt like having a stranger in our home. He was also lovely with our young children and treated our home with great respect. Alex the surveyor rang me on the morning of the valuation to give me an eta, was on time, really personable and complimentary about my property. She was professional and carried out her duties, and asked me many questions regarding the property. Really cool woman.
