I have no idea if I am a Connekt customer or not. I contacted them last year to explore installation of chargers at my guest house on Skye. I was told they would submit an application for a grant on my behalf and then I heard nothing. I left voicemails and sent emails non of which were replied to. Eventually I managed to speak to someone who told me that my grant application was still in the pipeline. That was 2 months ago and I have heard nothing since.
I think this is about the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
Update. I chased connekt today and spoke with Stephen Taylor. He told me that the grant they submitted was not successful. He was unable to provide a grant application number nor would he share the documentation that went with the refusal with me. When I asked when they knew the grant process had been unsuccessful he told me that this had been in December. Today is the 16th March and I only have this information because I chased them and told them I would be having this investigated further.
Avoid this company at all costs.

We had ran into a couple of issues with our users and connekt chargers and after a quick call to the support team, Gail, the matter was resolved very very quickly.

From start to finish the install was flawless. So easy to deal with and communication was excellent

Great service and easy to use. We would highly recommed using Connekt for your destination charging solutions. Our customers love the user friendly app and the charging facility allows cuatomers to charge while visiting our showroom. We also make the facility available for our staff to use which is a handy perk for them

Great company from start to finish. Took care of a triple install at Glencorse Church, which is working perfectly. Friendly electricians, who go out of their way to make the whole process seamless also.

Had a number of challenges using the prepaid credit paid to Connekt in charging my EV. Sorry I’ll not be back to them

From the first visit to the final install and experience of the product since, it has been seamless. Johnny, Gail, Liam and all of the team have been first class, and a genuine pleasure to work with. I would, and have recommended Connekt to colleagues, friends and other industry contacts - everything is made so easy. Our guest, member and team now use the charging points, all with excellent feedback. They look fantastic outside our hotel and definitely suit the luxury environment.

Top level customer service from the team at connekt. Recently signed up to the app and had some issues with the mobile signal at the charge point. Called the team and they remotely started the charger in seconds. Got me charged in time and off to my next meeting! Great to receive such a great customer service experience!
