ConnectWise is the best remote assistant application. Nothing like it in the market and always dependable. Easy to use and very reasonably priced.

ConnectWise (formally known as ScreenConnect) simply works. The only suggestion is that sometimes their 2FA requires me to do the verification process 2 times in a row.

Of all the remote-desktop-type services I've used, Screenconnect is leaps ahead of all the rest. It's fast, reliable, has a very friendly user interface, and just works great!

Connections are highly resistant to packet loss, so if you're stuck working on someone's machine with less than ideal network conditions, it still works great. Other services, in those conditions, would disconnect you frequently. ScreenConnect pulls through.

The brandable customer portal is wonderful, and I just can't say enough about it. We have access to other remote support applications at no cost through other services we use, but we still choose to continue with Screenconnect. That's how much we like it.

We have been using the ConnectWise suite including Screenconnect, Manage, and Automate and have been pleased with the performance and features included in each tool.

Simple and enjoyable program very secure and inexpensive any one can use it.

Good application

Favorite remote desktop software I've ever used, it packed with many features and plug-in.

Connectwise is easy to use, secure, and end users adapt to it very well. The feature to remote view a cell phone is also particularly helpful, and the pricing is reasonable.

We have tried other remote control tools like ManageEngine and TeamViewer. We went back to Screen Connect and are happy once again.

This Software is by far the best in class. All the features you could possibly need to work efficiently. I'm currently only using the free edition as I only need it for one computer but it is amazing even with the limited license. Thank you for all your hard work and support of such a wonderful product!!!
