Do Not Trust This Company As Vendor Or Contractor
⚠️ WARNING TO FUTURE WORKERS - UNLICENSED OPERATIONS & NON-PAYMENT SCHEME ⚠️
I want to provide critical information about what I experienced with this company before anyone gets involved. This is not a simple dispute—it's evidence of systematic exploitation of workers:
THEIR BUSINESS MODEL IS ILLEGAL:
They recruit through Workmarket platform and assign subcontracted jobs to complete on their behalf
Require work on their proprietary platform, which appears to be intentionally poorly constructed
Attempt to force contractors into signing contracts specifically designed to avoid payment obligations
CRUCIAL POINT: This company holds no electrical contracting license in ANY U.S. state. Under the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all state licensing laws, they cannot legally perform low voltage work anywhere in the United States
DOCUMENTED FINANCIAL MISCONDUCT:
We are currently filing liens for labor and materials provided on two job sites completed on their behalf
Fake reviews have been posted to create false trust (reviewers are not actual commercial clients)
Payment scheme designed to extract labor without compensation, then shift blame when workers contact legitimate vendors
RED FLAGS FOR OTHER WORKERS:
Require work before verifying your own insurance and licensing
Platform intentionally creates confusion about who actually employs you
Contracts contain clauses specifically attempting to void payment obligations (often deemed inadmissible in U.S. courts for licensed contractors)
Job assignments appear randomly allocated with no regard for qualifications or location
CONSEQUENCES:
Workers lose valuable time pursuing work that never pays
Contractors must then hire actual licensed vendors to complete the same jobs
Reputable companies refuse to work with unlicensed entities operating under their umbrella
ACTION TAKEN:
Documenting all evidence of fraudulent operations
Filing liens for labor and materials at both job sites
Preparing formal complaints to state licensing boards in each affected jurisdiction
Working to expose fake reviews posted to maintain false credibility
BOTTOM LINE: This company operates outside legal boundaries. If you're a legitimate contractor looking for steady, paid work—DO NOT engage with this organization. File complaints with your state's licensing board BEFORE providing any labor or materials.
