We did not realise the phones we received were not to our desired spec until a couple of weeks after receiving them. We contacted Sophie and explained the issue, and she organised an exchange of the unopened handsets within a couple of days to our desired spec without any fuss or drama. Absolutely superb service yet again, we did not expect them to be exchanged because we had them for so long before notifying Sophie of the issue.

They are very helpful and very keen to sort out issues, Highly recommended!

No problems porting over mobile lines, no problems with broadband, and they're always on the end of a phone and will sort out quickly any issues.

As a small new business, we were getting to the point where we needed to upgrade our personal mobiles to to company mobiles and to start to think about getting office phones.

Following a conversation with Lee, he set our company up with an exceptional mobile deal where the whole process from start to finish was faultless.

He then introduced us to Matt who has since set up our own VoIP phones within the office and again, the whole experience has been exceptional, including the support we have had with Peter.

We would highly recommend Connection-Technologies.

Callum sold virtual landline and mobile to me for £ 42.
There is no data on the mobile for weeks.
The mobile network is not working.
Callum didn't add messages on the line as promised ..I have been waitin for weeks.
When ever I ring connection technology , some one pick up the phone and say they dont know anything.
I spoke to Gina who says investigation on faulty line takes more that 24 hours.
Nancy said the investigation takes upto 24 hours.
I have sent all the screen shots to cancel the line, as requested by Nancy , then some one said nancy is on Holiday then the other one says she is not.
I requested them to transfer the number to other provider and that is not actioned yet. Nobody knows anything about the connections in connection technology .

Fran called from connection technologies today 10.04.2025 by 10.10 hrs after I post the review on Trustpiolot yesterday . -
Mobile - They are still speaking to vodafone even after so many weeks .
Fran said that they can't fix it but they can continue to speak to vodafone.
Fran said that they need more screen shots. I have sent more than 6 screen shots already .
They don't know how long its going to take to get the lines fixed. .
Fran said that she can't help with land line, I hope somebody knows whats going on in Conncetion Technology

I have been contacting you for many weeks now and you did not care about it.
Now you have seen this review so you decided to come up with excuses.
I have sent many screen shots and taking screenshot is not my main job.
I didn’t decline anything from .
I have made more than 30 phone calls to you so far to resolve this issue but you did nothing.
I didn’t use the phone for six months as I was not trading , so the phone was switched off.

You offered me message service on land line but I didn’t even get a reply to my email to add the message on the line.

From our initial enquiry to switch over, the process has been extremely easy. The customer service team are quick to respond and they also do a follow up check to make sure everything is working as planned. We had no issues at all. Extremely good service.

Amazing Company, Kaya, our account manager is brilliant; he is extremely responsive and goes the extra mile. Would not hesiate in recomending this company.
