Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry you felt our communication was slower than expected.

As this was your first instruction with Connect Fire Security, we needed to complete our standard new-client processes, including account setup, credit checks and receipt of the required upfront payment. Your request was also received at short notice and we needed to clarify the scope before allocating the appropriate engineer.

Despite this, our team accommodated the request within the required timeframe, attended site and successfully completed the works, with no further works required.

We appreciate your feedback regarding communication and will take this on board as we continually look to improve our service.

Best contractors we used for this work

Turned up on time. Their engineer was friendly, professional and carried out the work efficiently and without disruption to our activities.
We chose Connect because when they came out to quote for the contract, as well as being friendly and knowledgeable, they presented a refreshingly pragmatic approach to delivering the works.

2 Engineers installed additional smoke…

2 Engineers installed additional smoke alarms in my property recently. Shaun and Jarryd the Engineer's were extremely professional and very tidy when carrying out the work. Recommend these Engineer' s to anybody.👍🏿
