The outcomes are better than I expected

The outcomes are better than I expected, it is a while since I had a training on conflict management. This course is the best I have had, Sam was clearly very competent and able to take on many examples from social interactions.

Attended the conflict training

Attended the conflict training. The trainer Sam was very good. Don’t judge a book by its cover. He quickly algae the team paying attention and getting the team involved.
