ConfigUX Reviews

Written by the company

ConfigUX is a visual product configuration platform that makes complex products easier to buy. It helps businesses turn options, materials, finishes, sizes, compatibility rules and pricing into one clear, guided buying experience. Customers can see the product, understand each choice and move forward with confidence, with less explaining from the sales team. The platform supports layered 2D product configurators, interactive 3D product configurators and a dedicated gallery flow for visual products. Businesses can organize product choices, manage visual assets, apply conditional rules, follow pricing and preview the customer journey before publishing. The result is a calm, branded experience that presents the right detail when it is useful. ConfigUX is built for manufacturers, retailers and e-commerce businesses that sell customizable or complex products. It can support journeys that lead to checkout as well as structured product enquiries for sales follow-up. The aim is to reduce repeated manual work, make product information easier to maintain and give customers one clear next step. ConfigUX is currently in closed beta as it moves from a WordPress product to a cloud platform. Features and integrations are introduced gradually and tested before they are presented as available.
