They said it's delivered after 2 months of order. Nothing has been delivered and signed by the lobby man of the building. and they don't answer any email for the customer service.
I purchased a shirt and 2 tshirts on March 5th. I received the shirt 3 weeks later, but no news from the 2 tshirts. In fact, the website shows them to be "awaiting shipment". So I reached out to the service-at-conenice.com email address (which apparently is the only way to contact them) asking for an update. 2 weeks and 3 emails later I haven't heard a word from them. Starting to look like a scam to me. I'm just mad at myself for falling for it.
Ps: for what it's worth the shirt isn't even fitting well. Looks like a Large when I ordered a Medium
UPDATE. I've gotten my clothes and a pair of complimentary socks (because my delivery was delayed I could imagine?) But now that I've gotten the shirts they all vary from being a size L to xxl even though all of them was ordered as being xxl. Chinese sizes must be like that? So there's one I absolutely can't fit because it's not only the main piece of the shirt but also the sleeves which are incredibly small. 3 which iam close to fitting and 2 I can, but yeah just glad I got what I paid for in the end
Isn't gonna try to deal with the refund situation since ita probably gonna take even longer than the ordering itself.
I gave them 1+ star mainly because I got the clothing but not being upfront about the difference in sizes, no customer service and the week delay for the clothing arriving is enough for the last 3 stars not to be given.
Made an order on the first of March with an 10 to 12 days expected delivery time, have written them two times to firstly hear them about the process of my delivery, and afterwards to get my money refunded.
On neither of them I got an answer.
There is certain area of their website which lacks information which should've been a dead giveaway that this website is fake and just a money scam. But I can only blame myself by falling in that trap.
So hope that someone will look up the website, before buying from there so that they don't lose their money like I did.
If something changes in the next few weeks I'll edit this but in the end, this website is fake and is just here to take youre money without giving you the items u ordered
