This company did not feel very good job of welcoming us right from the beginning of our arrival in Buenos Aires. All she was concerned about was making money from excursions. The excursion to Colonia Uruguay was pathetic at best. It was arrival far too early at the bus terminal an hour and a half before not 2 1/2 hours allowing us to rest, in fact, I was even able to fit a 4 km run while we were waiting for the ticket booth to open up along Puerto Moreno boardwalk. The lady who met us at the BUQUE bus colonial day excursion, Natascia was an awful woman. The tour she gave walking was not a 40 minute tour and was unengaged and disinterested in what she was doing. The bus ride was 30 minutes plus a 15 minute stop at the Plaza Del Toro, which was paid for as an excursion and five minutes at the colonial sign. Another stop that was cut short - Also, no talking during the bus ride with information .When we asked for assistance inside the city with flights and hotel she was not forthcoming and when I asked for information about Hid behind Exoticca which is another terrible company and to affiliate yourself with them speaks volumes!
