Marty is super happy with the new straps to attach his bike bag to the bike. They are very well made, thick leather straps. And delivery from England to the USA was efficient and timely! We are super pleased with this product!

Delivery was a bit long but there was no emergency (except my own excitment to receive and test my product). I ordered an original Brompton part. The price was really good (cheaper than from the manufacturer), packaging was good, tracking of the shipment excellent.

I had a full service on my bike. All the issues were fixed, the bike was clean and like brand new. All the issues were explained clearly to me. It is a great place to go. I am delighted.

The black Sidi replacement heel pads are supposed to 'fit all Sidi shoes', which may be true of current models, but older shoes may not have the little holes in the soles to accept the two little lugs on the rear of these pads. Either cut off the lugs or make matching recesses in the soles. Easy, really, but an image showing both sides of the pads would enable prospective purchasers to check.

How fast the order was processed and actually arrived.

Item I purchased turned out to be incompatible with the intended use (and the manufacturer's description).
Condor sent a return label promptly and refunded purchase price (but not the cost of original postage).

I've got a Condor bike - I ride it 5 days a week all weathers - I do no maintenance beyond occasional oil and air. Booked it in for the the first service in 2 years. Easy to do, easy to drop off. They know what they are doing, they all know bikes. They tell you straight up 'it needs work'. They call, they communicate. Pick the bike up 7 hours later. It's like new. Condor are a dream.
