Credit cards/accounts not included in program cancelled/closed. I have NO credit now. I have no idea when I can restore or have even one credit card. Credit score destroyed. Score now below 450.
Also, I should mention, you have not skipped any opportunity to collect fees. Hundreds and hundreds of dollars worth of fees. Many times each month.
At this point you must have collected at least the same amount in fees as you have collected in payments. How much longer will this go on?
Should I expect my credit score to be destroyed for the next 4 years? Please give me a clue as to a timeline. It is impossible to operate like this. You have , according to what I was told, 24 days to resolve this. It does not seem like it is going to happen. Please make something happen.
So far the 2 accounts that you have "settled" say that I am still delinquent. Continuing to crush my below 450 credit score. Please tell me how this will be resolved.
