Can highly recommend CFS! From initial contact to completion, I found Nick who dealt with my equity release and Barry who sorted out my will and Lasting Power of Attorney to be very professional, courteous and willing to spend time explaining things and answering my questions. As someone who has personally myself worked in Financial markets I can also say he is an excellent problem solver and was very good at coming up with innovative ideas to speed up the process within stringent guidelines. He was very helpful throughout the process and answered all of our questions both relating to financial matters and the purchasing process in general. We had some delays within the buying process (not due to Concept) and Dan was incredibly accommodating with this, ensuring that our policies were extended in line with our needs. Overall a great service from start to end.

From my first call to Nick payne I can't speak highly enough of the service I have recieved,
After being told by numerous mortgage brokers that I wouldn't be able to find a mortgage at that time I was disheartened an considered giving up......that's until I found Nick payne of concept financial services.... the work he put in to find me my mortgage for our family home was amazing, I would call an email an he would answer my questions an queries immediately an put my mind at rest. Truly I can't thank him enough for delivering on something that no one else could.

Cannot recommend and thank Nick enough. After trying 8 brokers before Nick and being told no, I was hesistent to start the whole process again. Nick reassured me from the beginning that he will do his upmost for us, and he surpassed that! He listened to all my questions, day and night and did such a thorough job.
