Been using this crossbody bag for over 6 months and absolutely love it. It truly is a crossbody fallen exactly where needed no matter the body type. Bought my sons one and they love them as well. I use mine everyday instead of carrying a purse. Hold wallet, checkbook, small notebook, phone along with other necessary items. I recommend this bag to everyone. Wrong colour delivered, Smaller than portrayed
Wrong colour delivered - super annoying - as it was the one colour I would not choose.
Price is basically rrp even as a 2 for 1 deal. Not a super deal so shop around. The RFID was the reason I chose this particular one but I’m sceptical.
Shipping took a week. Ok
The small bag is SMALL - can carry a phone and some cards only - no where near the size they portray online. Ok if you want a petite bag.
#Update: after traveling Japan for 3 weeks - this was my daily bag that I used for carrying my wallet and passport. Worked very well and didn’t cut into my neck. All round it’s really good and the RFID gave me peace of mind - ive increased from 2 stars to 3 and it’d be 4 stars if they got the colour right. 5 stars if they had one just a smidge bigger. But with good confidence.

I had a great experience with Concept Collective. The t-shirts are genuinely high quality — thick cotton, great feel, and they look/fit like a premium product. Super quick responses, really helpful, and she went above and beyond to make sure I ended up happy with the fit.
It’s rare these days to see a brand back their product and treat customers properly, but Concept Collective nailed it. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Great Product, Highly Recommended
I have this one. Great bag. 1.6L. It was a buy one get one free deal. I bring it everywhere — phone, charger, wallet, keys, earbuds, inflatable neck pillow, eye cover, and more. I love it for traveling, especially at the airport. Highly recommended.

First, I ordered the wrong size bags and the customer service rushed the right size bags out to me for no cost. The bags themselves were a great addition for traveling to Ireland from the states. Held all the essentials: wallet, passport, phone, EarPods, gum, and additional snacks. No digging through pockets or backpack for what I needed.

I purchased the large travel sling bag…
I purchased the large travel sling bag ( 2 for 1 offer)and although the quality seems good it is definitely not the size advertised which is disappointing as I was looking for something that holds more than my current travel bag. The length and width are smaller by a couple of centimetres but the depth is supposed to be 6cm and it is 3cm at full stretch. Quite misleading I think.

They state 3-5 business day shipping
They state 3-5 business day shipping, I requested an update on when my package would be shipped on day 7 with the answer being I would get one "shortly".
I cancelled my order on day 10 as it still showed as being processed and not yet shipped.
AI chatbot customer service emails as well. Awful.
EDIT: The company’s response that I didn’t sent them the information they requested is untrue. I provided their very obvious AI chatbot an order number, email, and address as requested. It responded that I would get an update over the weekend. Which never happened.

Can't choose
I wanted to buy more things on their site, but in each attempt, a "free" voucher card was inserted, which they charged $25 regardless of how much I had in the basket, and every time I deleted it, a script was started that returned it, so there was no way to avoid it. Trying to solve it with "speed" and quick clicking, at one point I even had two such cards. I reported the problem to them and they were amazed and as if they were going to take a look. Then I realized that it was intentional.
Update few hours later :
Samo problem and no, theirs reply is false. You pay for gift card I try few minutes before, removed all items and in basket stays only gift card and one other item, first: you can't remove gift card and second : you're paying both. No matter what they say now, when you get to the payment card entry, both things are included to pay. If someone needs pictures of this case I will send it gladly.
