This company claimed short delivery…

This company claimed short delivery time but failed to deliver. I went elsewhere to obtain the item. I asked for a refund but they said it was out for delivery though somewhat late. They should make automatic refunds when items fail to arrive in their promised timeline.

Tried to order via Amazon

Tried to order via Amazon, the carrier claims to have delivered. Despite informing the company of non delivery, the fact that 2 security cameras and a video doorbell did not record anything. Plus a neighbour saw the driver get out of his van walk to the gate, not open it and get back in his van they insist the parcel has been delivered. Poor customer service. Let down by a carriet

Caveat Emptor

Total intransigence regarding return of item for refund.
Wanted me to pay return postage despite the fact that their error necessitated the return.
Definitely not recommended.

What a con!

Purchased from them on Amazon....
What a con. The listing clearly says 10 x 750ml bottles of flash. They only send one though and expect you to go to all the trouble and inconvenience of returning the one bottle to get your own money back.

Who in their right mind would pay over£8.50 for one bottle of flash!!!@@

made a purchase contacted them to say I had not received it they refunded the price Then increased it by more than 40% IS THIS WHY i NEVER RECEIVED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE ????
