Tedious refund process, bad product quality and you pay from your pocket the delivery fee if you want to return their items which smells like shit.

Possibly the worst customer service experience ever. I ordered from them on June 29. After 11 days of back and forth, I had to virtually scream to get my money reversed (which they say they will do now but God knows how and when that will happen).
What's the point of local companies if they can't even train their people properly.
The woman at the other end of the line was abrasive and completely unsure on how to deal with an admittedly irate customer. I highly recommend not ordering from these guys. Buy the product from a shop or something. And DEF do not pay in advance. Im regretting this big time.

Overall, it's a good company. With great products. I never tried any product on my skin before, but as they claim to have all natural products, I gave them a try. And their skin care line does wonders. However, their hair products, specifically their shampoo, caused me hairfall. So, I'm not a fan of that.

I always got my orders on time except this time. I prepaid my order as now they had my trust. But what I didn't expect is the consistent defferal from logistics (TCS), and on top of that, a response from their end that **You order is already delivered**.

I was like, what? To whom?
They replied to my messages on Monday, after I provided ss from the TCS that I haven't got my parcel. They followed up with them, and I thankfully got my parcel within 3 days.

Honestly, I thought I had lost my order along with the amount. I lost the trust in them.

While I would be purchasing their products but might never prepay. And would recommend you all to do the same.

Ordered items for party gifts bags and only half the order arrived. They said a certain scent was out of stock and would I like a different scent sending. I replied straightaway saying yes, either of the other scents are fine. I waited and waited for the items to arrive, but nothing. The package tracker said they had been dispatched and that was over a week ago. I eventually emailed to check on the order as it was getting close to the party and nothing had arrived. When they eventually emailed back, it was after the event and they told me they weren’t in stock. Absolutely useless. I now have half an order I don’t need or want, and they are now ignoring my emails. They should have contacted me in the first place to say they hadn’t got the full order instead of charging me for postage and packaging and sending only half the order. I will not be using this company again and have warned my friends and family against using the website.

The products have instant, (first use) results that keeps u coming for more immediately like there repair kertein shampoo & conditioner is the best thing i ever tried for my hair along with there naem wash wash which stop my acene with 1 use. Or there anti aging serum & saffron builder that cleaned brighten and even my skin & there hang cream that i cant have enough of :)
Hats of to the owner for the hard work she is has put from the packing to the cruelty free/chemical free organic goodies to that gorgeous smell and eventually those amazing results nobody can fault.
Love the whole range and have it all. Keep it up !!!

I've only been using this for a week or two. It smells amazing and has saffron strands inside. Because it's a gel formula, I use it at night as it doesnt always absorb in fully (may also be due to the humid weather too) Glides beautifully on the skin and a little goes a long way. Beautiful packaging and product is filled to the top of the jar. I haven't had any negative reaction and with continued use will see hopefully see the benefits.

Easy to navigate website and order, they even queried my order to make sure I was aware of expiry date on one of the items as I’d ordered 2 and would have amended it without issue had I wished them to. Quickly dispatched and tracking provided. No delivery issues.

This company knowingly sold 2 bottles of this to me, without informing me that it will expire in 2 months. Usually companies say that something will be expiring soon. I have 1 full bottle and another half left that's expired. I've emailed the company, and have received no response. Very disappointed!

Update: they have now replied to my email after seeing my earlier 1 star rating. They said that they do include expiry, you just have to click down to further information. They should have it more upfront. But fair enough, they do include it and I missed that information. BUT, don't only reply to my email after you've seen a negative review. If they had just gotten back to me, this could have been avoided.

Used their hair oil, lip balm, hand cream and goat milk soap and found all these far superior from other similar products I used previously.

Really love the goats milk and shea soap. Skin so soft. Can even use on your face.
