Great and efficient communication - great service

Comsource is excellent to deal with. A dedicated point of contact makes all enquiries quick and easy to address, emails answered promptly. No more phone tag or frustrating options (talking to computers).
There rates are competitive and we are very happy with the result of a very quick turnaround on installation of the equipment and services.
The flexibility of the phone system they installed is exactly what we have been looking for. Highly recommend anyone looking for an integrated phone system to give them a call.

It has been great dealing with Conor Donovan over many years. He has always been keen to answer our questions and help solve any problems that arose. We much prefer dealing with a small team like Comsource compared to large, impersonal telcos.

After doing some Internet searching for a new NBN and VOIP solution to replace my outdated ADSL Internet service and PABX phone system for my legal practice, I contacted Comsource along with several other NBN service providers such as iinet, Exetel, TPG and Commander. Right from the start, Comsource gave me the best advice and steered me in the right direction about what sort of new phone system would best suit my business and save me money. The advice I got from the other companies was poor and not really that helpful. Once I had worked out (thanks to Comsource’s advice) that the best choice for me was a new cloud-based PBX service using the NBN, I then obtained quotes from Comsource and all of the other companies for the new telephone hardware and the cloud-based PBX service and NBN service that I needed. Comsource’s proposal was by far the cheapest by several hundred dollars per month and the best, with no compromise on the quality of the services offered. Comsource’s advice saved me several thousand dollars over what I was about to spend on another system from another supplier. The installation and change over to my new cloud-based telephony system with Comsource went smoothly, without any problems. Comsource’s package included a 4G mobile backup option, thereby guaranteeing that none of my four phone lines were ever out of service for a single minute during the changeover. Running a busy legal practice, this was critical for me. I am now saving something like $300-$400 per month over my old phone bills with a new high-tech phone system that is providing better quality calls and is far more sophisticated and easier to use than my old antiquated PABX. I cannot recommend Comsource highly enough.

I've been with ComSource for over 5 years and have always found their service to be prompt, efficient and attentive across our 4 offices. The guys take ownership of our problems and do their absolute best to have our issues resolved ASAP. Conor, Luke, Lash and Zach have all been easy to deal with and an absolute contrast to the big bureaucratic Telco's! So much so that I regard the ComSource guys as mates.
