Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Really helpful. When I ordered the wrong part these guys couldn’t have been more helpful in refunding me and getting me the correct replacement

Orderd wrong product - Excellent refund service!

Ordered a fan for a Wacom Cintiq Companion. Immediately after having ordered it I found out that the fan wasn't compatible with the Companion 2. Sent email to cancel the order. Order was immediately cancelled and the refund process initiated.
Excellent service!!!

Faulty information on the website

Looks like they are located in france and when you order batteries from them that they have in stock according to the site they say they ship the day after but in reality they place an order in china and china sends your package about 1 week later..i could not bring my laptop on my trip due to this since it took about 27 days to recive the battery even if i ordered it 3 weeks before my trip..it is way to slow..dont save the few bucks buy it in store if you need it decently fast.

This is not acceptable. 99% of our products are shipped from Europe but in your case we were out of stock, the fastest way was to ship it directly from our warehouse in Asia. I'm sorry for this problem. I extend your warranty to 2 years free of charge if you have the slightest concern. Cordially
