I like my compustar remote really well. The only improvement I would like to see
Is for my manual shift car to be able to open my door without shutting my engine off.

Love the security system with remote start that I installed in my 2000 F350z should’ve done this years ago. Easy use, fast installation.

Remote works great. Proximity not sure about. Seems I have to lock doors with the fob for it to work properly and consistent. If I look doors while in vehicle proximity will not work. I guess I just need to get used to it.

I absolutely love this product. The dealer was very professional and the installation was completed in the time they said it would be. I love the functionality and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a remote starter.

Excellent product, able to remote start my car from a great distance,from inside a building with limited connectivity, the 2-way remote a great plus. When i get to my car the windshield is defrosted and warm inside. Love my Remote start + alarm system from CompuStar.

i had my product installed at a auto electronics shop.
all i can say is i like my auto start device it is very handy now that it is winter and i don't have to walk outside to start my vehicle

Experience so far is only with ambient temperatures below freezing. ICE starts on remote start activation, front defrost comes on and if interior of cabin is cold enough, rear window defrost also comes on. (As expected, remote will not work if charge cable connected since a Toyota safety feature.) Range as advertised.

Easy to use, works every time, perfect for winter in Montana (and early spring and late fall...)

very dissapointed with this starter. Paid more than I ever have for remote two way starters and this one is not consistent with the two way function. many times it will not return the signal back to let you know it started. Paid extra for this feature that is not great.

So far so good, I have really enjoyed the product, it lives up to what it states it will do: 25 min. run time, up to a 3 mile auto start with the app, notification and tracking. All is well with me.

This is the third unit i have purchased. Again i am impressed with features and performance.

Works as expected. Best Buy did a good job on the install. I like the fact that it uses my factory key fob to start without have to carry and extra.

I've purchased two remote starts for two vehicles. This device works as expected. It has a great range, which is most important for my wife. We like the confirmation feature letting you know that the vehicle started. My only complaint is that my 2014 Honda Accord does not have a secure takeover so the engine shuts off when the door is opened. All things considered this is a very minor issue and won't prevent me from using this product brand in the future.

The compustar remote is absolutely perfect. Has all the features anyone would want. I love it.

Absolutely love my T13 remote start! Only one thing is bordering me is that I have to take my car back to the dealer every time COMPUSTAR doing updates. Other than that absolutely amazing system!

I love my 2 way remote start. I like that it acknowledges when it receives the message to start the car. It really comes in handy on cold mornings.

Works as described zero problems
It is kinda slow compared to my factory Lincoln remote

Not at all happy with the install. Some factory functions do not work anymore like "Peep" when you set or disengage the lock or alarm function. Also, all the doors unlock when you hit the button once. this is not how the factory functions worked before the new install.
