Worst company ever.Avoid at all cost. I had a iPhone 8 that went through this company which was covered by the insurance only to be told that it wasn’t fixable and my only option was to have a reconditioned phone or pay another £100 for a new iPhone. Still waiting over a week and had to chase them for updates on what was happening,Shocking service.
My claim has been settled within a few days and replacement handset been ordered.

I would never use this company again I have been paying insurance on an I phone 8 since December 2017 and now when I contacted them about a claim they have gave me 2 different excuses re having the phone fixed disappointed with the responses I have received and will now be cancelling my policy with them so to anyone thinking of using this company I would look elsewhere

Is the whorse company in UK.I had an iphone 7 insured with them and in Tenerife in our last day in there someone probably from the hotel stole the phone.I had a plane to catch the police told me that they gonna send me the report at home and things like these.They did not of course as they dont care.
And these morrons does not replace my phone as I have no crime report wich was at 3000 miles away from home. Avoid this company
Never get this service so slow and rubbush communications hate it. If I didnt smash my macbook two days after having it I would of cancelled my insurance by now!
I have insurance with this company and told them the truth about my equipment that was damaged and was covered by insurance. But instead of trying to help me out the company came up with an excuse not to fix the damaged equipment (it had to be reported within a certain amount of days). I explained my situation to them about moving house and it was hard to find time with education but the company kept telling me they would not cover me. I have other equipment covered under insurance by compucover and now im not so sure they cover people so i would think twice about taking out a policy with them again.
Sent my iPhone for a repair a month later and still no phone had to email and chase it up every step of the way.
My laptop was stolen and they sent me a replacement after a year.
