Good Company

The product was "as advertised" Good quality. My only issue was around the delivery. There was some confusion that the product was at a pickup point but when I went there they had no record. It was later delivered directly to my home

non delivery of paid for goods

I ordered 2 winch kits at the end of March 2024.Delivery promised in 72 hours!
Numerous e mails delaying delivery.
Now, 3 months later, e mails are finally answered,goods have apparently been dispatched by La Poste. It has taken. 3 weeks to leave France and are now in U K customs.Estimated delivery 22 nd July. That is 4 months after ordering and paying for them!!!
