The item is fine, except it's not made of wood, as they prominently advertised...but made of plastic However, when I told them this, they very kindly refunded me $3.00 as a gesture of good will. I want to make clear, however, that my complaint is not about the quality of the item, it's about their false advertising...and I sincerely hope they correct all future ads.
