Compressor World delivered a brand new Deltech 50 air dryer that has a broken automatic drain valve and the compressor is excessively loud compared to the old one it replaced.
After 5 weeks the issue is still unsolved and representative (Matt) is ignoring and denying to provide the return policy.
They will be all yours before you send the money but after that you are on your own with potentially faulty equipment that to get any help you will need to contact a larger factory on your own.
I have attempted to leave a review on the website but it needs to go thru moderation for obvious reasons and will never be posted, only 4 stars and above.

My air compressor came in boxed wrapped in OSB board and on a pallet. From the minute I ordered, Matt was on the phone with me and emailing me as well. They are better in sales and service than a hometown local by far.

When I placed my Order, I was under the impression that it would be filled right away. It took a second phone call (several days later) to find out that the manufacturing plant was behind due to a hurricane. I feel that piece of info should of been provided upfront
