Ricevuto articolo errato

Buongiorno,
l’articolo che mi è stato inviato non corrisponde a quanto presente sul vostro sito.
Il vostro sito indica che vendete il seguente prodotto : GSE Pro ovuli
Mentre io ho ricevuto un’altra versione che si chiama GSE Pro ovuli 4 ACTIONS, dove gli ingredienti non sono gli stessi riportati sul sito. Questa è una formulazione totalmente diversa rispetto quella da voi indicata sul sito e non è il prodotto che mi ha prescritto la mia ginecologa e che ero quindi interessata ad acquistare.
Nel caso in cui si trattasse di una nuova formulazione fatta dall’azienda, avreste dovuto procedere ad aggiornare il sito con il nuovo prodotto e la descrizione corretta di modo che l’acquirente possa decidere se acquistarlo o meno, senza ritrovarsi invece con un prodotto che non voleva acquistare.
Chiedo pertanto di voler provvedere al rimborso della merce e di predisporre il ritiro tramite corriere GLS a vostro carico inoltrandomi l’etichetta GLS da apporre sul collo.
Resto in attesa di vostro gentile riscontro in merito.
