Great product, delivered and left where I wanted.

Top Products, top prices, top service, all good. I definitely recommend. As a decking installer I've bought from other decking suppliers mostly supplying cheap low quality products that after a couple of years have started to dramatically fade, split, warp and twist. For the price and the quality it was a no brainer.

8 month lead time, delivered the wrong product. Had to chase, I pretty much gave up in the end. It’s obvious you don’t have the cash flow to hold stock in the uk.

Absolutely awful. I thought it was all ordered and paid and given order confirmation and payment confirmation. Waiting for weeks then told it was out of stock but would arrive in two weeks. Still waiting and after two weeks was told that I hadn't paid for it. Had to check my records then agreed to pay over the phone, but asking for the delivery date, was told it's out of stock. I ordered it elsewhere and it arrived within days.

I ordered and paid in full for fencing in May 2024. Received phone call saying out of stock but was expected 2-3 weeks, agreed to wait. July, no fencing and not answering emails or phone calls. Received an email late Aug saying “expected in 2-3 weeks” I then demanded a full refund or legal action. Finally received a full refund end September. Maybe I was just unlucky, but I certainly wouldn’t use or trust this company

I was looking to replace some tatty t&g , topping off my garage.
This particular area really suffers from sun damage.
I googled cladding and came up with these guys. I ordered 4 off lengths of anthracite cladding. Arrived the following week with an apology, they were out of the 3.6m so had sent 8 shorter lengths instead. I discovered these were 2.5m and i was able to do a great job with 3⅓ lengths. Went on extremly well, i started pushing up Under the felt overhang. Fixed with screws, next piece interlocked, hiding the fixing. Lst piece fixed with hidden fix. Fantastic result, really smart, fully weatherproof finish. Much admired by the neighbours.

I ordered some smart cladding in anthracite back in the summer. The price was very reasonable with free delivery from Warrington, Cheshire all the way down south to Watford, Herts.
Once fitted, it looked really smart and covered some ugly brickwork in the garden. Unfortunately, I was short of 1 length of capping and meant to place another order at some point.
Amazingly, a very helpful staff member phoned me a few days ago and was checking that I was satisfied with the cladding. He was happy to send the extra length I needed, free delivery and it has just arrived, 3 days later. I certainly recommend the fantastic service and quality of the goods purchased. It's hard to find personal service these days, so I can't praise the company highly enough!!

Received my boards yesterday, they look great!. Delivery was quick and the driver was really helpful when he arrived. Would recommend 👍
