We just happened to stumble across Complichef a few days before they launched their new app and thought, let's give these guys a go and see what it's like. Well, I'm SO pleased that we did. Right from the get to the owners of the business were fantastic. We made a few errors when first setting things up (totally our fault) and they fixed things for us within the hour! After using the kitchen portal for a few weeks, we decided that we should really try and utilise everything, so we looked into their staff and HR app. There were a few things that didn't work for our business, so we sent them a quick email that asked if there was any possibilities of a couple of changes. Honestly, didn't expect it to go anywhere, but within the hour we had a response email with steps implemented and updated ready for use the very next day. This company go the extra mile and their communication is 10/10. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Just what we needed!

We’ve started using this, and I love it! It’s been designed and developed by someone who has hands on experience of working in commercial kitchens and hospitality. The result is a system that is both easy to use and flexible enough to cover a broad range of requirements. All the food safety stuff is there, but loads more as well, including managing staff rotas, menus, custom checklists, and document storage. Excellent value for money.
