The support is great!
We have been using the Complianz plugin for over a year now. And the support team has helped me multiple times with major and minor issues. Initial reply usually within a day or so, and the fix within a week. Special thanks to Roberto and Antonio for the latest fix :)

I've been using Complianz on my XReverse Porn site and it's been a lifesaver. Before installing it, I was pretty stressed about GDPR compliance and all the legal stuff.

Great customer service! Sahar Amini and Antonio Candela solved my problem with Google Site Kit and the Web Worker Offloading extension, which was unloading the Site Kit script, and ultimately had nothing to do with Complianz.

Using Complianz has been a great experience overall - the plugin offers exactly the kind of customization options I was looking for, and the pricing is fair. I did run into some issues with GTM, the Meta Pixel, and other tags not working as expected. That’s where the support really shined.

After exchanging emails and sending him a recording of my setup, he managed to track down the root cause - which turned out to be related to the caching setup in LiteSpeed. It wasn’t an easy task, but he patiently investigated, explained everything clearly, and always replied super quickly.

It's easy to install, the instructions are incredible, and if you do get stuck (I did, but just with renewing the license), their support is quick and easy to understand. Thanks to Roberto, I got back up and in compliance again in no time.

I had a problem with disabeling the cookie banner on certain pages but with the support help of Antonio I had it fixed with a few changes.

I didn't know what was happening with my consent banner, it wasn't appearing and Roberto helped me to detect the matter and then I solved it easyly. Then I had some issues with translation and again Roberto solved it very fast. Thanks a lot for the support.

Complianz is a really good Cookie Consent Solution… it's fairly priced and simple to set up. We've been testing it first on a dev site and ran in to a few issues, but the support from Roberto was prompt and clear so we could soon move on and set things up as we needed.

All bases are covered in terms of compliance, and the tech side of it is working well.
