SCAMMERS!!! Please cancel your subscription asap as these guys are COMPLETE SCAMMERS. They are linked with TICKETMASTER bookings. Please be very wary!!
I unknowingly got signed up to it and it’s trying to charge me money. I would like some help on how to cancel it.
Scammy company. They use dark pattern pop up after payments on some websites like ryanair or dublin express, offering a voucher without mentionning it's a monthly recurrent payment ...
I didn't sign up for this, I must have ticked a box unintentionally on Ticketmaster or something but I've been charged without my knowledge for over 3 years. The occasional email went unnoticed in my junk mail. The guts of €1000 gone. Don't know what it's for but it's clearly a scam. Needs to be avoided and shut down if possible.
SCAM!! Don’t even know how companies as Ticket max are allowing them to advertise! Absolutely robbery, thanks god I had no money in Revolut at the moment they tried to rob me
This company is the reason why you should read the fine print when subscribing to anything. €18 came out of my bank account with this company's name. I never heard of them or subscribed consciously to them and have no correspondence from them re: membership number etc. Will be in touch with my Banks fraud department if my money is not refunded.
They had been taking a subscription fee unbeknown to me for months! 🤬
Avoid ever clicking anything with this name bundled into something else promoted as a special offer!
I’ve asked them to cancel it via their website, and they confirmed they had, then they randomly reinstated this monthly ‘recurring card payment’.
It’s a sort of scam. It’s a little different from a direct debit so you cannot just cancel it with your banking app. Since the range of tho gs you can use it for is limited I don’t want it, don’t remember signing up for it and was very annoyed when I noticed they’d been taking money again for the last few months!
SCAM ARTISTS
STAY FAR AWAY, CHARGING 15 QUID A MONTH. DON'T TELL YOU THAT WHEN SIGNING UP.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
SCAMERS
charching 15Euro monthly for nothing.
DONT GO EVEN NEAR to THOSE SAVERS
They have been taking money out of account for years. Finally tracked down and it seems that ticketmaster was the link.
No way would we have chosen that saving to pay later! Not a cat in hells chance.
Is this a new start up of the old complete save with the same terrible review?
Small print scam.
They offer customers making online purchases from legitimate service providers like Ticketmaster a chance to sign up for a savings scheme. Then they send an email where deep in the small print it says you will be billed (on the card you used to pay for Ticketmaster) €15 a month. Maybe borderline legal, I can't say, but from looking at UK's Trustpilot a lot of people have been caught out by the small print who definitely never intended to sign up for this fee.
Oh, and this has been going on since at least 2013.
Anyone can write a Trustpilot review. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active.
