Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Considering 220 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Many customers reported unexpected payments and subscriptions, often discovering £18 monthly deductions from their accounts that they did not recall authorizing. People frequently mentioned that these charges began after making purchases on other websites, such as for Railcards or parking, leading them to be concerned about how their card details were used for these charges. Reviewers expressed frustration over the lack of clear information regarding these recurring fees and felt tricked into signing up for services they did not intend to use. However, some customers who contacted the company or their bank were able to get full refunds for the unexpected charges, with some noting that the refund process was straightforward once initiated.

Possibly a scamming company

Some how they managed to get hold of my credit card details. Possibly when I purchased some on line and was offered a discount. My bank intercepted the payment as they get a lot of scam complaints about this company and put a block on them accessing my account. After getting a new bankcard two weeks later they took another payment. I’ve had no contact from them so can’t cancel any subscription tried phoning with no joy. They are a Sam as far as I can see

Scammed out of hundreds of dollars

We have just discovered that this outfit has been taking money out of our account for almost a year!! We don’t even live in England, didn’t sign up, certainly didn’t give out any bank details.
My husband found a random email about Complete Save but thought it was junk and deleted. He had no idea they were helping themselves to money from our account!
His card details may have been phished when we bought train tickets whilst in the UK last year. What a scam!!!
