Charlatans !!!!!!!!

Used this firm to cover facia and gutters on my property, paid additional fee to have lower part of roof re-felted, no problem with his work.
Contracted them to retile my extension, they recommended concrete tile. MY ROOF LEAKED INCESATNTLY SINCE THEY INSTALLED. Contacted them multiple times, they agreed to compensate me BUT THEN VANISHED. Their business address of 13 Adelaide Road Dublin 2 is a sham, it doesn't exist. They are Charlatans!! I am out of pocket thousands of €€ in repairing their work. My insurance assessors reported they knowing used an incorrect product on my roof (not suited to the slope angle). I ADVISE THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED - AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
