Terrible company, total rip-off. Still trying to get a refund of 198.78, like most other reviews, I returned as soon as I received them as not allowed to cancel order. At a cost of over £7 to return, to make sure they got items. Having chased for over a month, they now tell me they will will charge me a restock of each bottle at £10 so will only return £148.78. I'm now going to see if my bank can take this up as paid with credit card. Do not touch this company with a barge pole!!!!

TOTAL SCAM I ordered two tubs and ended up with 5 plus 2 further tubs to assist with the weight loss. Paid £5 to return them plus they charged £10 a tub to sanitise. When you order them it does not sub total it just charges you for all of the items instead to 2 tubs I ended up with 7. I did get a refund but not the £70 for each tub returned. Bloody disgraceful. Don’t get caught !!!!

TOTAL SCAM. These are basically magnesium and calcium supplements. YOu think you are getting 6 bottle fr $60 and then your C/Card gets hit for $360. Tried contacting the company to get a refund but without success.Do not buy!!!!!

This is a complete scam, my elderly mother made an error and ordered this due to false advertising aka promoted by Amanda Holden, she wanted one bottle to try the company-charged her £277.00. I instantly picked this up and messaged company to cancel. They sent the goods arriving 12th January. Returned them following instructions 18th. Refused to refund any money as out with 30 day policy. They use delaying tactics to cause these issues. Unfortunately my 85 year old vulnerable mother been ripped off to value £277.00. This company has no ethics and impossible to communicate with,

I stupidly ordered these keto tablets then emailed straight away to cancel as i agreed to pay £38.90 but in the end they took £237.77 from my bank account unauthorised? I emailed straight away to cancel but they ignored my email and shipped them anyway? I have sent them back but like other people they have taken £70 off my supposedly refund for shipping,handling and restocking costs after saying to me i would get a full refund if i returned them? This company should be shut down they are ripping people off and scamming people????? Stay away from them?

Anybody that has to pay a restocking charge should contact their bank and open a visa dispute

I made the mistake of buying these pills !
I decided to return the product unopened and request a refund,when they eventually decided to reply to several emails I was given the returns address several weeks later and even more emails (still not answered !) I received notification I was getting My money back minus £70 ! As of today I've still not had any explanation as to why they've withheld my money ?.
They have no customer service ! And as far as I'm concerned are a bunch of thieves !!!
STAY AWAY !!!

I bought from this website on the 27 Dec within 2 minutes of making the transaction I contacted them to inform them that I would need to cancel the order due to health reasons. I was told the shipment had already been processed? Eleven days later I receive and email to confirm that the product had just been shipped ( I sent numerous emails and called copious times) to no avail. 14 days later received the product. After many calls I explain my situation to be told that I will not be able to get a full refund as they need to deduct £10 per bottle to process the return -£70. The customer service team lied on numerous occasions about the exact location of product and return policy. When I asked for a name to escalate the situation I was told that they are not allowed to disclose that information. Please don’t buy from these people! They are not honest!!

This Product is a fake. the web site is very misleading , I thought I was buying 5 bottles for the price of around £30 each . They were £53 each but you got 2 free making it £31. However i never got my 2 free bottles despite complaining. It also appears as my bank was alerted to my purchase that you sign up for a subscription and they send you more a few months later and charge you another wacking £159. I emailed the company and further shipments were stopped.
As to the Keto tablets they dont even work , a load of misleading marketing. dont go near this company or product

Thought I was buying a product for around £39 I was Charged £189 tried to candelled straight away buT they said it shipped, took 2 weeks to arrive I asked how can I return it has been 2 weeks no answer from the compny, absolute joke, I a, worried it will chatge me again as a subscription 🥺be careful

Wish I had seen these reveiws before I bought. The company 360 nutrition over charged me. It is a misleading website and you don't get to reveiw ur order before you pay. I contacted them immediately by live chat wanting to cancel my order but they said it's to late its being packed. Very strange. Have sent emails to rectify the over charge but NO RESPONSE.. dont know if product works but stay away from the company for ur own sake

SCAM -Misleading
I don’t even want to give 1* you think you are paying £39.68 for 3bottles, your credit card is charged this plus extra £198, the terms state it’s a subscription but it’s unclear when you see the offer!!! Like other review no reply to emails and I couldn’t get through on the phone! Using the 18 number I’ve closed my credit card down as fraud as I’m worried further payments would be taken as it mentions cancelling subscription… a very expensive mistake that’s hit me hard financially as I doubt I’ll get this back 😭😭😭😭

Be careful when ordering they automatically add the 5 bottles after you have input your card details
Then when I asked them to cancel the order they totally ignore you
I would suggest ordering through another more respectable outlet

I bought 5 bottles of keto complete. After 1 bottle nothing has happened. No weight loss, still craving sweets and sleepless nights. If anything put on weight. Complete scam.

SCAM!! I thought I was paying £36 and when I confirmed it came back as £198 had been taken! I got straight on to customer services online and they said I could have a partial refund, they couldn’t offer a refund. It had already been sent. (What in 5 minutes) our ‘conversation’ lasted 30 minutes and it got me nowhere.. DO NOT PURCHASE! It’s 100% a scam. Very unhappy!

I tried to cancel my order with Keto, and they wouldn't, by telling me the order had gone through. I received the package, and when I asked for a return address, I never received it. They asked me to take a photo of the package, so they could give me a return code, never heard from them since. As far as I'm concerned I have lost £200.00, very bad customer service, and they are nothing but a bunch of SCAMMERS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY :-(

I read wonderful reviews for KETO COMPLETE. I watched the “Dragons Den episode” where there was great acclaim for this product. I wanted to loose weight & have tried numerous diets,& used weight loss supplements over the years so I bought 5x60 capsules @ £89. I have not lost any weight, have used 120 capsules & followed all instructions. After the first 60, having lost NO weight I contacted the online Keto chatline with two different advisers at different times who kept repeating to go to the Keto website, which I had done so so many times, only to read more great reviews. Who are writing these reviews? Is there a real person out there who can tell me that KETO complete has really really worked for you?? Can someone enlighten me to what I am doing wrongly?
My answer is this is a scam with promises that don’t work. DON’T waste your money.

Scammers! Sent me an email and put the name as my mums full name from a strange email address. This company’s accessing private information clearly illegally pretending to be family members. suggesting to look at a page with a discount to there product. How could you trust an illegally run business!

I bought this plan just for some extra recipes as I am eating keto for 2 months now. I feel great and I got some new ideas from this plan. Thank you so much! P.S. 13 kg down!!
