There was a delay in shipping, but that was due to shipper, and not Compify. I found that they had items in stock at very fair prices, where other sellers did not have/was overpriced.
It is scary to send large amounts of money upfront, but they seem to be reliable, and product is as expected. You can get GST invoice if you request them, especially for reimbursement purpose etc.

Fantastic service. I had ordered razer bundle and got the delivery with 4-5 days and with good quality package.

Customer service was fantastic as well and my queries were resolved within a few minutes. Looking forward to order more from compify.

You'll find the help you want over Whatsapp. I found the dispatch to be instantaneous, the delivery service did take a couple of days more than what I would have wanted, but it was well worth the wait. Happy with my purchase after a couple of months of use!

I brought a 6800 xt, the seller was a bit busy of a person but super helpful. Glad I could get the card at around AIB MSRP which is a great deal in the current shortage, ( which was still around 93k for a powercolor red dragon mid April 2021 or something ). One thing I was a bit bummed out about was that the stock listing on their website was outdated, but calling the seller/owner gave me the updated stock instead so no harm done there.

Was still a scary experience sending someone such a huge amount in advance, glad I got the product on time.

It used to be legit business but it's not anymore. So please don't buy. They send whatever is closest to what you ordered and they have in stock. And then they'll offer you discount but the last cost you pay is the actual cost of what you received.

I've the whatsapp screenshot where I'm not getting response and call records showing no one answered the call.
Compify owner Aditya karmaker has been removed from the listed of trusted sellers from certain Facebook tech community groups as well because of his actions as well
So better you pay a bit extra anywhere else than waste all your money here

Thought it was a scam - glad I was wrong and this exists in India!

Some hardware and PC parts are so difficult to find in India and was sceptical if this is genuine. Turns out it's just as advertised. Was nervous after placing the order and sending in the money transfer but the person from Compify was there to ensure the availability and was forthcoming with details as to when it would ship and ETA to expect. Contact them over phone and watsapp if you are worried - best to check with them about the availability of parts as well. Overall this was a pleasantly good experience - I received a genuine new part with warranty and seal intact.

Compify is relatively new and it shows. But when it came to assisting their customers, I've had an amazing experience with them. Their sales executive Aditya personally took care of my orders and made sure they were delivered with care. I appreciate having to interact with a human being instead of everything being virtual/online and I would shop with them again as soon as I have a need for computer hardware.

Order, delivery and the whole experience was good. But the order status update take a whole lot of time. In my case, it took 15 days after the delivery of my parcel was done to update the status from under processing to delivered.

Good service, Just need to improve there delivery speed
