I bought a crypto Minor from a company called One Shot Miner. I received the miner and it did not work. It would not connect to the Internet. I contacted the company One Shot Miner for assistance. They sent me several of how to fix the problem none of which worked. I then asked for a refund. We went in circles because they would not respond to my correspondence in a timely manner or remember that they had offered to give me a refund of it first 30% then 50% than a full refund. I contacted American Express who I used for payment. American Express investigated using the email evidence I’ve provided. American Express issued me a full refund. I was contacted on behalf of One Shot Miner buy the competency collective. And threatened with legal action if I did not pay them the amount in full to include criminal charges. I provided them with the email correspondence. They told me that my argument had no merit. They again to threaten me and told me to watch how I govern myself. This company is a bully for crappy companies who put out junk products.

Honestly, I can’t recommend them enough. I’ve been working with them for over 6 months now, and they do such a fantastic work. If you’re looking for American based VAs you NEED them

The guy behind the agency, Giovanni, is an amazing person. The onboarding process is smooth, communication is easy, and most importantly American VAs, which is honestly pretty rare thing. I can’t recommend them enough🙏

He was exceptionally polite and professional, processing the refund during our call. Since I preferred not to do any further work online, he even agreed to call me back with the confirmation, which he did promptly.
