I would like to say that yes the…

I would like to say that yes the company will find you the best deal, BUT when it comes to your account I feel to much information is asked for ……. Why do you need my D.O.B???? if as a bill payer I will be of AGE …… As it is I missed out on your offer that you advertise because I do not have a SMART PHONE …… Really not happy with the way I am singled out.
